Creating a dancing and flashing background animation

Duplicate frame. Hide the smaller white layer and unhide the second brown shape layer.

Keep duplicating frame hide unhide the white and brown layers.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF.
