Creating a dancing and flashing background animation

Start by creating a triangle shape using pen tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Select "Wave" from the preset warp shapes. Adjust settings as shown.

Select the path using path selection tool. Duplicate the path. Press Ctrl+T and change the anchor point to the bottom. Rotate it 45°.

Keep duplicating the path and press Ctrl+Alt+T to transform again with previous settings.

Fill the background with a dark gradient.

Select the path layer again. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
