Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and
select Warp.

Select "Bulge" from preset warp
shape at the top bar. Apply settings as shown.



Press Ctrl+T. Right click and
select Flip Horizontal and Rotate 90° CW.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and
select Warp.

Select "Bulge" from preset warp
shape at the top bar. Apply settings as shown.

By applying these settings the
other side are bulged two. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select
Flip Horizontal and Rotate 90° CW.


Press Ctrl+J to duplicate the
layer. Select path selection tool. Click to select the screen
path.

Press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to duplicate
the path in same layer. Move the path a few pixels downwards using
down arrow key.

Enable "subtract from shape area"
at the top bar.


Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail
to get the selection. Press Shift+Ctrl+D to feather the selection.
Use 2 pixels in feather settings. Select gradient tool. Apply
a white to transparent gradient in linear mode.

From the layer palette reduce
the opacity to 10%.

Create an ellipse using elliptical
shape tool.

Create a rectangle using rectangular
shape tool.

Create an ellipse using elliptical
shape tool. Press Ctrl+T and rotate as shown below.

In layer palette double click
the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Press Ctrl+J to duplicate the
layer and rotate it as shown below.

Select custom shape tool(U).
From the preset shape at the top bar select triangle shape.

In layer palette double click
the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.



Place this triangle for the leg.
Duplicate and place on the other side.

Select line shape tool. Draw
a slant line to create the TV antenna.

Duplicate the layer and place
it as shown.

Select all the layers in layer
palette. Press Ctrl+G to group the layers together. Duplicate
the group layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Vertical.

Right click the layer in layer
palette and select merge group. Move this layer downwards. From
the bottom of the layer palette click on Add Layer mask button.

Create a black to white gradient
and drag from bottom of the file towards upside.

From the layer palette Reduce
the opacity to 50%.
