Creating a corporate presentation style bar graph

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply gradient style & colors as shown.

Hold on "Alt" key and press Down key several times to create an illusion of 3D depth.

Repeat the steps until you get the depth as shown.

Select all the duplicate layers in layer palette. Press Ctrl+E to merge.

Double click the layer to open layer style apply same gradient colors but the change the gradient angle.

Similarly create more bars as shown using different shades.

Duplicate all the graph layers. Press Ctrl+E to merge. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select "Flip Vertical". Reduce the opacity to 50%.

Click on layer mask thumbnail from the bottom of the layer palette. Select a black to white gradient and apply over the mask to create a smooth blend.

Add details to the graph.
