Designing a cutting edge content box with diamond glitter on corners

Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Horizontal and place on the other side.

Duplicate both the layers. Press Ctrl+T. Rotate and place as shown in the image below.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Duplicate the shining shape thrice and place on the each corner of the rectangle.

Select the rectangular layer. From "Filter" menu select "Stylize>>Chrome". Apply settings as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
