Designing a cutting edge content box with diamond glitter on corners

Start by creating a new file . From "Filter" menu select "Render>>Fibers". Apply settings as shown.

Create a rectangular selection using rectangular marquee tool. Press Shift+Ctrl+Ii to invert selection. Press Delete.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes as shown.

Scale down and place as shown.
